Robust in-process checks are meticulously carried out and documented at every stage — from raw material procurement to final product dispatch. These procedures are supported by comprehensive documentation, including production flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), in-process control methods, and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) — ensuring full traceability and regulatory compliance.
Our QA department also undertakes the development and validation of analytical methods for raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), finished products, and conducts both accelerated and real-time stability studies, as part of our routine quality practices.
